1 box German chocolate cake mix

In 9x13 pan bake cake mix by box directions. While still warm, poke holes in cake with fork. Pour 1 can Eagle Brand milk over cake, then pour 1/2 jar of caramel ice cream topping over that. When cake is cool, spread 1 (12 oz.) container of Cool Whip over cake, then crunch up 4 Skor candy bars and spread over that.
