ZUCCHINI MARMALADE 
4 c. sugar
6 c. unpeeled, shredded zucchini
2 unpeeled oranges, ground
Grated rind of 1 orange
6 oz. can frozen orange juice
6 oz. pkg. orange Jello, dry

Boil everything but Jello for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add Jello. Stir to dissolved. Cool slightly and either freeze or refrigerate. Yields 5 to 5 1/2 pints.
