RUSSIAN COFFEE | |
1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. water 1/2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. whipping cream 2 c. hot strong coffee 1 tsp. vanilla Heat sugar, water, chocolate and salt in medium size saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until chocolate melts. Stir in milk and whipping cream; heat until hot. Add coffee; beat until foamy. Stir in vanilla. Serve in mugs. Serves six 5 ounce cups. |
