3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (14 oz.) evaporated milk
1 jar Baker's Apricot Filling
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Beat well on medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes in 10-inch angel food tube pan. DO NOT GREASE. Cool before removing. May substitute nut, prune or date filling. Needs no icing.
