CARROT CAKE 
2 junior size cans strained carrot baby food
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. 1 cup chopped nuts may be added now. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan and bake in 350 degree oven 40 to 45 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1/2 box powdered sugar (plus some)
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. milk
