CHICKEN AND DRESSING HOT DISH 
Boil chicken until tender. Take off skin and grind, cut chicken up into pieces. Make dressing.

DRESSING:

6-8 c. bread crumbs
1 stem celery
1/2 c. fat or butter
1 med. onion
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
Salt
Pepper
Sage
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk

Put cut up chicken in bottom of dish, then a layer of dressing the ground skins on top. Over this pour:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
