BEANS (LIMA) CREOLE STYLE 
2 (1 lb.) cans green limas, drain only 1 can
1 (1 lb.) can peeled & chopped tomatoes
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar (more to taste)

Put all of the above ingredients in a casserole dish, uncovered, into a slow to medium oven, 300 to 325 degrees, until beans are tender. Yield: 12.
