CREOLE BEANS 
1 onion, thinly sliced
2/3 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. chopped bell pepper
2 c. diced fresh or canned tomatoes, drained
2 c. green beans, cooked
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook onion, bell pepper and celery in butter until tender. Mix in rest of ingredients and cook until heated thoroughly.
