SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lb. ground meat
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. Tender Quick salt
3 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. mustard seeds

Mix ingredients. Make rolls. Wrap in foil, place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator. Poke holes in foils with fork. Bake on cookie sheets at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
