SAUSAGE TWICE WITH RICE 
1 lb. bulk sausage in tube
1 lb. smoked link sausage
1 c. green bell peppers, chopped
1 c. olives, chopped
3 c. celery, chopped
2 pkgs. chicken OR beef noodle soup mix
1 c. rice
1 c. almonds
Dash of paprika

Brown both sausages, pour out excess fat and remove from pan. Saute green peppers, olives and celery in skillet. In large pot combine 4 1/2 cups boiling water, 2 packages soup mix and rice. Stir and simmer covered 20 minutes. Add sausage and almonds and stir well. Pour all ingredients into a large greased baking dish and sprinkle with extra almonds and dash of paprika. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
