LOW - CHOLESTEROL BROWNIES 
1/2 c. safflower oil & 3 egg whites OR 3 egg beaters
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. unsifted flour
6 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins or chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oil, egg whites, sugar and vanilla; mix until smooth. Blend in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in raisins or nuts. Pour into 8 inch nonstick pan or one coated with cooking spray. Bake about 15 minutes (these need less baking time because of reducing fats).
