MORNING BROWNIES 
3/4 c. pancake or waffle mix
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 2/3 c. bran flakes (with raisins)
Vanilla yogurt or fresh fruit (optional)

1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 9 inch square baking pan.

2. In medium bowl, stir together pancake or waffle mix, cocoa and sugar. Combine milk, oil, egg and add to bowl mixing just until blended. Stir in bran flakes. Put into prepared pan.

3. Bake 10-15 minutes until top springs back when lightly pressed.

4. To serve, cut into squares or shapes and top with yogurt or fresh fruit.
