CHICKEN AND WINE CASSEROLE 
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lb. chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. lemon juice
3/4-1 c. white wine
1 lg. onion, sliced

1. Remove skin from chicken.

2. Mix herbs.

3. Brown chicken in butter in skillet. Sprinkle with herb mixture.

4. Combine lemon juice and wine.

5. Arrange chicken in casserole dish. Place sliced onions over chicken. Add wine mixture.

6. Cover; bake 45-60 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
