CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup 1 can milk
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
1 env. onion soup mix
Chicken breast or legs and thighs as desired

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix mushroom and celery soups with milk. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture. Mix remaining soup mixture, the rice, mushrooms (with liquid), and half the onion soup mixture. Pour into ungreased baking dish. Place chicken pieces on top. Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining onion soup mixture. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour. Uncover. Bake 15 minutes longer. Use your own judgment - sometimes takes longer. Can be made the night before and baked the day of the dinner.
