CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 chicken (cut up) or (12 chicken legs or thighs may be used).
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
3/4 pkg. Lipton Onion soup mix

Mix soups and water together. Add the dry rice and onion soup mix and pour into mixing bowl. Mix well, put into baking dish and put raw chicken on the top. No salt is necessary because the soups have enough. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. This is a family favorite with the children and grandchildren.
