EASY CHICKEN AND RICE 
2 c. Minute Rice
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. milk
2 packets chicken cutlets
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Grease a 13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with Minute Rice. Mix mushroom soup with milk and add to rice. Add chicken cutlets which have been cleaned and seasoned. Lastly, add 1 package of the onion soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours.
