CHICKEN WITH RICE 
3 or 4 chicken legs & thighs
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. chicken broth
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 green chopped pepper (opt.)
1/2 c. chopped onion (opt.)

Place chicken pieces in 9"x12" baking dish. Pour rice over and between chicken pieces. Sprinkle peppers and onions. Pour chicken broth over rice and chicken. Pour tomato sauce over top of all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. You might want to prod chicken pieces around to make sure rice is absorbing liquid. Once is enough.
