CHILI CON QUESO 
1 can evaporated milk
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg.. Velveeta cheese
Add garlic, salt to taste

Pour evaporated milk into pan, add green chilies and onion, sauteed, without burning milk, add cheese in chunks slowly until mixture is smooth. Serve HOT, can be kept warm in crock pot.
