CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. white sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Disjoint chicken wings, discarding tip ends. Stir together vinegar, sugars, ginger and garlic for marinade. Place in bowl, cover and marinade at least 2 hours or best overnight.

To cook, place in a 9x13 inch pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 10-12 appetizers.
