SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
12 chicken wings
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. sugar
15 1/4 oz. can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup
Oil for frying

Tuck wings; cut tips off. Dip in egg. Roll in 1/2 cup cornstarch and salt. Fry chicken wings until golden brown. For sauce combine cornstarch, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar and pineapple syrup. Cook gently, stir until clear. Stir in pineapple chunks and heat. Glaze wings with sauce.
