SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
10 to 20 chicken wings
8 oz. can pineapple
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 sm. onion
1 stick of butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. garlic or garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 to 4 c. uncooked rice

Bake chicken wings until done. In large saucepan put butter, both peppers chopped with seeds in, simmer on low until tender. Add garlic salt or garlic, black pepper, hot sauce, simmer on low heat. Add pineapple and juice. Cook rice until done. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
