PECAN CREAM CHEESE PIE | |
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crumb crust 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla, divided 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. chopped pecans 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. sugar Pecan halves Prepare crust. Blend 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans and spoon into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spoon over top of pie. Return to oven and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Garnish with pecan halves and chill. Makes 1 pie. |
