CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
2 (1 oz.) squares chocolate, melted
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, beat well. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in 9x12 inch greased and floured pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool.

FROSTING:

2 level tbsp. cocoa
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cold coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients together until of good spreading consistency. Frost brownies.
