MARCIA'S STEAK 
1 flank steak (approximately 1 1/2 lbs.)
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 c. salad oil
1 finely chopped green onion

Marinate overnight. Grill over low heat. Slice across grain. Cover with foil. Keep in warm oven until ready to serve.
