COWBOY STEW | |
Brown 1 lb. hamburger with one chopped onion. Add 1/2 cup chopped celery, 2 medium potatoes diced, 1 lg. can tomatoes, 1 can whole kernel corn, 2 cans ranch style beans, 2 cups water, 1 tablespoon chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Makes a bunch. |
