CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 bag of fresh cranberries
1 jar Maraschino cherries, chopped, save juice
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, save juice
1/2 c. walnuts to taste
2 sm. pkgs. cherry or red raspberry Jello (regular or sugar free)

Drain juice off of pineapple and cherries to get 1 1/2 cup juice (add water if necessary). Wash cranberries. In a pan put the liquid mixture, cranberries and 2 cups of sugar, boil until the cranberries are soft (1 to 2 minutes). Pour into dish, add jello, stir until dissolved, add pineapple, chopped cherries and nuts. Blend together. (pour into mold if desired). Chill until firm.
