GERMAN APPLE PANCAKE 
Iron frying pan 10 inches across. 450 degree oven. Heat the oven and spray the pan with Pam. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and put the pan in the oven so the oil is hot.

BATTER:

1 c. flour
1 c. milk
3 lg. eggs
Pinch of salt
1 apple, peeled and sliced thin

TOPPING:

Melted butter
Lemon juice
Cinnamon sugar

Beat batter with wire whisk until smooth; pour into hot pan and quickly arrange sliced apples on top. Bake for 20 minutes and don't pick at it. You can put it on a large plate or cut it in the pan. Sprinkle butter first, next lemon juice, and then, cinnamon sugar on top.
