MINI CHEESECAKES 
1 box vanilla wafers
1 pkg. mini cupcake liners
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can fruit topping

Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract with mixer. Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of each cupcake liner. Fill approximately 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 6 to 10 minutes. When cool, top with canned fruit filling. Refrigerate.
