PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 (14 or 20 oz.) can crushed drained pineapple
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

Mix top ingredients. Sift flour and baking soda together. Add sugar, eggs and pineapple. Mix all together and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. Put icing on cake warm.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick melted butter
