BROCCOLI - CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cream style corn OR
1 can creamed corn
1 1/4 c. herb stuffing (divided)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese

Cook broccoli, drain well. Cook corn or open can of corn. Combine broccoli, corn, 1 cup stuffing mix, soup, egg, butter, onion; mix well. Sprinkle cheese on top with remaining 1/4 cup stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or thoroughly heated.
