BROCCOLI - CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 sticks butter 2 c. seasoned croutons 2 eggs 1 lg. can creamed corn (may substitute frozen corn for creamed corn) 1 sm. can creamed corn (may substitute frozen corn for creamed corn) Salt & pepper to taste 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 bag frozen broccoli, cook & cut up Melt the butter in a skillet and add the croutons. Brown lightly. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, salt, pepper and onion to the corn. Add broccoli and half of the crouton mixture. Pour into a baking dish and top with the remaining croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. |
