BROCCOLI PUFF | |
2 pkgs frozen broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3 oz American cheese, shredded 1/4 c milk 1/4 c mayonnaise or Miracle Whip 1 egg, beaten Cook frozen broccoli; drain well. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over broccoli in casserole. Top with 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. |
