SPINACH SALAD 
1 1/2 to 2 bags spinach, cleaned & dry
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
3 to 4 tbsp. slivered almonds

Mix first four ingredients together; sprinkle with almonds just before serving. Pour on Sweet n Sour Dressing (below).

SWEET N SOUR DRESSING:

1/2 c. light salad oil
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
2 to 3 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. sugar
2 to 3 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients and pour on salad just before serving.
