SPINACH - STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 c. strawberries, sliced
1 c. fresh bean sprouts
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/2 c. real bacon bits

Wash spinach. Pat dry with paper towels. Remove tough stems and break into bite-size pieces. Place in large salad bowl - add rest of ingredients. Toss with sweet-sour dressing.

SWEET-SOUR DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 med. onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place in bowl and blend well with wire whisk or fork. Serves 6 to 8.
