FUDGE CUPCAKES 
4 squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
2 sticks butter
3 c. pecans
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat. Add pecans until coated.

In bowl, blend flour, sugar, eggs. Then add chocolate mixture. Add vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

You can use the little Christmas cupcakes holder.
