CUPCAKE ELEGANTE 
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate (4 oz.) or 4 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
4 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter in heavy saucepan. Stir in pecans. Let cool.

Combine sugar and flour; mixing well. Add eggs and vanilla to flour mixture. Mix together carefully. DO NOT BEAT. Pour chocolate mixture into flour mixture, stirring carefully. Fill cupcake paper liners 3/4 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 20-24.
