BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 can crescent rolls
1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook sausage until browned, drain off fat. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with point toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. In bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into crust and top with Parmesan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
