POLO FIRE DEPT. BARBEQUE 
10 lbs. hamburger (we use ground chuck)
3/4 c. onions
5 c. ketchup
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 tsp. salt
7 tbsp. mustard
1 to 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. BBQ sauce

Brown hamburger and onions. Add the remaining ingredients. Let simmer. Recipe easily doubled or tripled.
