SURE FIRE PIE CRUST | |
1 c. Crisco 1/2 c. boiling water (minus 1 tbsp.) 2 tbsp. milk 2 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt Mix shortening and boiling water. Add milk. Stir in the flour and salt. Mix with hand. Separate dough in equal balls. This makes 2 large pie crusts. One can be rolled out and used. One can be wrapped and frozen or kept in the refrigerator until ready to use. |
