CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE | |
1 baked pie shell 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter, melted & cooled 1/2 c. flour 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 c. pecans or walnuts 2 tbsp. bourbon or 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, butter, flour and eggs. Beat until smooth. Add chocolate chips, nuts and bourbon or vanilla. Pour into baked pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve at room temperature with vanilla ice cream. |
