Melt together:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch bits
1/2 c. peanut butter

Add:

3 c. mini marshmallows
3 c. Spanish peanuts

Mix well and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan lined with foil. Lift out to cut.
