CHOCOLATE PLUNGE (DIPPING
CHOCOLATE)
 
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate or use 2 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German's sweet chocolate

Microwave corn syrup and cream in a large microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture comes to boil. Stir in chocolate until completely melted. Serve warm as a dip with fresh fruit, cookies or pretzels.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
