GERMAN MEATBALLS | |
2 lbs. lean ground beef 1 env. onion soup mix 3 eggs 1 c. soft bread crumbs Make into balls and put in one layer in a greased casserole, approximately 100 square inch area. Mix: 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (15 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained 1 (15 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce 1/2 c. brown sugar Pour mixture over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. (Your guests will have a tough time identifying ingredients but delicious.) |
