REUBEN CASSEROLE 
6 slices rye bread (cubed)
8 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
10-11 oz. can corned beef
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. onion, cut up in sour cream
8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1 stick melted butter

Pour butter in pan (may want to divide into two casseroles). Add remaining ingredients in order given. Bake 30 minute at 350 degrees. This makes a 9x13 pan or 2 small ones. If going to freeze, do so before baking.
