REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix together and put in a 12 x 9 pan. Crumble 12 ounce can Libby's canned corned beef on top. Then sprinkle 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese on this. Add 8 to 10 slices rye or pumpernickel bread broken into chunks. Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes uncovered.
