CARROTS AND ORANGE SAUCE 
3 c. cooked carrots
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated orange rind
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter

Cook sugar, flour, salt, rind, and juice together until thickened, stirring constantly. Add butter and carrots. Heat and serve.
