MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs (for variation use Italian bread crumbs)
1 egg
1 med. sized onion
1 med. sized green pepper
2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a blender or food processor, put egg, salt, pepper and onion until pepper and onion are finely chopped. Add mixture to beef and bread crumbs. Mix well. Pack firmly into loaf baking dish. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
