CHICKEN PASTA SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. corkscrew macaroni
3 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. ripe olive wedges
1 c. diced cucumber
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste

Cook macaroni. Mix cooked chicken and Italian dressing with the hot macaroni. Cool. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard. Stir in onions, olives, cucumbers, celery and pepper. Add to macaroni and salt to taste. Chill 2 hours. Put in bowl lined with lettuce, if desired.
