BEEF BURGUNDY | |
2 lb. beef cubes (steak) 2 cans mushroom soup 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1 can mushrooms 1 c. burgundy wine Marinate beef cubes in wine for 4 hours. Roll beef cubes in flour, salt and pepper; brown. Put beef and other ingredients in 9 x 12 inch casserole; cover tightly. Cook at 275 degrees for 6 hours. Serve over UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain and Wild Rice mixture. |
