BEEF BURGUNDY 
2 lb. cubed beef
3 or 4 carrots (cut up)
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 can mushrooms
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. burgundy wine
2 sliced onions
1 c. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Minute tapioca
2 cans sm. Irish potatoes

Combine above ingredients in large casserole. Cook at 250 degrees for 5 hours. During last hour, add mushrooms and Irish potatoes. Refrigerate or freeze. Reheat in oven.
